Those three words always give me a little thrill and a lot of relief because they mean that 1) our guests have arrived, 2) they are happy and 3) the wifi is working.

I always pace around like a mother hen on Saturdays when I know guests are coming and it’s so important to me that they find the place to be exactly what they hoped for. Today is the first rental at Castiglione d’Orcia for the 2018 season and I was thrilled to receive my first arrival confirmation of the year.

In addition to “We made it!” It also said “the home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for us.”

Yay! I love happy guests.
